Sweet and Sour Meatballs


1 1/4 lb lean hamburger                                    1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs                                   1/3 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Mix together and form into balls...I got 16 meatballs.  Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.

Sauce
2 cups brown sugar                                     1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce                                          2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup water                                               1 tbsp ketchup
Mix all in a sauce pan until it boils. 

Place cooked meatballs in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over top.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
Serve with rice
