So I was reading the Readers Digest last month, and one of the articles in it was the best brownie recipes. I was excited to see that as I am always looking for new recipes. I got even more excited when I saw the winner of the brownies was from Layton. Kind of fun!
1 Cup Butter
2 Cups sugar
1/3 Cup cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 Cup flour
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Mix all ingredients. Grease13 x 9 pan. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
Top with bag of mini-marshmallows
Bake 3 minutes more
Frosting
1 2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 Cup butter
1/3 Cup cocoa
1/3 Cup evaporated milk
