From the kitchen of my Grandma Scharman...CARMEL POPCORN
1 cup of real butter.
1/2 cup brown packed sugar.
Mix. Cook for 2 minutes (do not stir)in a saucepan.
Stir in 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
Cook 1 minute more (do not stir).
Then stir to dissolve marshmallows.
Pour over 2 cups of mini marshmallows and 8 cups of popped corn, nuts can be added if desired. Stir to blend well, spread out on buttered cookie sheet to cool. Place is air tight container.
Gift idea...place in plastic bag, tie with colored ribbon and some candy. ENJOY!!!!!!!!
This is always a must have in my family during the holidays.
