Good-for-you Breakfast Smoothie

1 c. frozen blueberries
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. non-fat plain yogurt
1 t. honey

Mix in blender until smooth.
I have this smoothie nearly every morning. It's packed with protein and anti-oxidants - and it's thick and creamy. Try it! My 1-year-old daughter loves it too!
